He is survived by: his wife Christi; his nephews, Jacob, Jared, Jackson Smith (Kaitlyn), Bradlee Jones, Maddason, Bradden, Avary, Prestyn Matthews, Westin Ollis (Hannah Willingham), Morgan Willingham, Braeden, Grant Langenderfer, Casey Caison, David Caison, Tobi Holbrook (Heidi Etter), Cameron, Jonathan and Benjamin Reeves; and his great-niece Arabella Smith.
