He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Bailey and Mildia Bailey (Lowe). He is survived by: his wife Janice Lee Bailey; his daughters, Jennifer K Yturralde (Roy) of Denver, CO and Jacqueline K McGhee (Pat) of Montezuma, GA.; his grandchildren, Branden, Blain, Angelica and Adrian; and his great grandchild Aurora. He is also survived by 4 sisters.
