He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burgin Sr. and Christine Sullivan Boggan. He is survived by: his wife Sue Kamerick; and his daughters, Kimberlie Davidson of Fountain Inn, Lauren Hairston of Graham and Danielle Burgin of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
