She was predeceased by: her significant other Gordon B. Metcalf; her parents, John Rice and Mabel Rice; her siblings, Fred, Jim, Wilma, Lucy, Della, Warren, William, Harm, Blaine, Theda Mae and Corabell; and her son-in-law Steve Riddle.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie and Donna; her brother Tom Rice; her in-laws, Bobby Edwards and Joann Rice; and her pet Etta James. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
