He was predeceased by: his parents, William Williamson and Cora Williamson; and his siblings, Sherman, Ralph, Harry, Bill Williamson and Bonnie King.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Williamson; his children, Edwin Williamson (Melissa Clemens) of Kingsport and Lisa Johnson (Brad Honnold) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Peyton Johnson of Charlotte and Cooper Williamson of Asheville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jack's memory to Central United Methodist Church.
