He is survived by: his grandparents, Bernard and Patricia Bradach; his mother Kimberly; his siblings, Chris (Kristen Johnson), Brad (Tyler Putnam), Chelsea (Hunter Surrett) and Jennifer Johnson; and his siblings' children, Cayden Shope, Luke Johnson, Walker Surrett and Skylar Putnam.
