He is survived by: his wife Esther Jane Tweed Ramsey; his sons, Jim "Randy" Fair (Sabrina), Donnie Fair (Diane) and Tommy Fair (Donna); his sister Mary Helen Jones; his grandchildren, Krystina, Taylor, Zachary, Rachel, Brittany and Annabelle; and his great grandchildren, Ruby, Scarlett, Dalton, Jacob, Houston and Millie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
