He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocky Whittemore and Stephanie Whittemore. He is survived by: his children, Aidan West (Vivian Revis-Johnson), Emily West and Lexi Tesner; his girlfriend April Konopka; his brothers, Eugene Barnes (Bethany) and Brian Barnes (Stacy); and his granddaughter Aviana Wise Holliday. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and several close friends.
