He is survived by: his wife Ann Banks Sedberry Ratcliff; his children, Michael Ratcliff of Tampa, Florida, Lee Ann Ratcliff of Nashville, TN and Marilyn Ratcliff Place (Tim) of Swannanoa, NC; his grandchildren, Melissa Ratcliff Champagne (Jason) of Tampa, Fla, Melanie Ratcliff Blank (Nick) of Seeley Lake, Montana, Gloria Ratcliff Thompson of Nashville, TN and Nick Place (Cecilia) of Santiago, Chile; and his sister-in-law Mary Lynn Ratcliff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
