John Hayes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hayes of Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Herman Hayes and Queen Esther Hayes; and his siblings, Marion Deloise Coleman, Minnie L. Crenshaw, Herman Hayes, Helen Singleton and Elizabeth Hayes.

He is survived by: his children, Jonne', Andre' and Darren; his wife Rebecca King Hayes (Becky); his children, Jonne Hayes (Starr), Andre Hayes (Shavonda), Michael Hayes (Brandi), Anthony Hayes (Melanie), Cassaundra Hayes (Paul, Jr.), Karen Hayes-Roberts (John), Dewanna Tucker (Johnny), James Gilliand, Paula Hayes Blakely (Nick), George Hayes (Katherine), Kayla Hayes and Lanaysia Holliday; his sister Faye D. Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Jon-Michael Hayes, Aaron Hayes, Jasmine Caldwell (Hayes) and Jeremiah Rice (Hayes). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren (34), great-grandchildren.
