He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julia Davis Kelley; his son Kevin Bryan Kelley; his brother John Kelley; his parents, Bryan Kelley and Marene Webster Kelley; his sons, Nelson Earl Kelley (Catherine) of Newport News, VA and Travis Keith Kelley of Asheville, NC; and his grandchildren, Allison Kelley and Amanda Kelley. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
