She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Parham and Anna Matilda Parham; her sister Martha Drake; her former husband Cecil Webb; and her husband Archie Emory.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda "Dell" Storm (Ronnie) and Brian Anthony Webb (Laurie); her grandchildren, Anna Nicole "Nikki" Bartlett, Richard Harrison Webb and Christian Dryden Webb; and her great grandchild Adalynne Rayne Bartlett. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
