She is survived by: her parents, Joe Evans and June Evans (Marks) of Glenville; her husband Doug Hoffman; her son Phil Hoffman (Anna); her grandchildren, Thomas (Luke) and Grace Hoffman (Chris Forcinito); her brother Kevin Evans (Traci); and her nieces, Tara Evans and Ashley Chafin (Kyle).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glenville Presbyterian Church (1172 WV-5, Glenville, WV 26351). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
