She was predeceased by: her parents, John Melvin Biggs and Lillian Putnam Biggs; her husband Harold "Bud" Elliott; and her siblings, Clarence, Everett Biggs, Gertrude Buckner, Barbara Ledford and Roma Bertrum.

She is survived by: her children, Becki Elliott of Asheville and Jerry Elliott (Donna) of Spruce Pine, NC.; her grandchildren, Todd Elliott of Spruce Pine, NC, Gabe Daniel of Jacksonville, FL, Anastasia Brown of Jacksonville, FL and Kim Spake (Allen) of McAlpin, FL; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Elliott of Gastonia, NC, Clark Haugen of Jacksonville, FL and Katya Daniel of Jacksonville, FL..
