He is survived by: his wife Betty Meadows Wilburn; his daughters, Cindy Wilburn Crabtree (Kenneth) and Gail Wilburn Ward (John); his grandchildren, Erin Crabtree, Sara Crabtree Forgie (Gabriel), Grant Ward and Emily Ward; his great grandchild Logan Forgie; and his sisters, Doris Wilburn Fox and Susan Wilburn Seagale.
