He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Watkins and Ellen Banks Watkins; his wife Ruby Pressley Watkins; and his brother Ray Watkins. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Watkins (Lynn), Jon Watkins (Katie) and Jerry Watkins (Pam); and his grandchildren, Candace, Ryan, Courtney, Renee, Zeke and Wylie. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
