He is survived by: his mother Norma Jeannie Logan; his children, Brandon Morris of Black Mountain, NC, LaToya Griffith of Asheville, Lauryn Griffith of Asheville, Adam Griffith of Asheville, Korey Griffith of Asheville and Lionel Griffith, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Sandra Nelson, Lisa Corpening, Tracey Corpening and Richard Corpening of Lenoir, NC.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and a cherished figure to 5 step-children, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
