She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Plummer and Mary Louise Beard Plummer; her husband William Jeffrey Webb; her son William Jeffrey Webb, Jr.; her siblings, Nathalene Price, Thelma Kirkland, Doris Richardson, Sheril Thompkins, Tommy Lee Plummer and Jehru Plummer; her niece Calvonda Little; and her nephew Lawrence Gardnar.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tywania Plummer (Lewis), Robert Lee Plummer (Katrina) of Asheville and Lawrence Plummer of Asheville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
