It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin E. Hawkins of Asheville, North Carolina, born in Delphos, Kansas, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Elliott Hawkins and Edythe Ida Koeppean Hawkins; and his wife Jane Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Steven Hawkins (Sherry) of Prattville, AL and Nikki Hawkins Lalick of Asheville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
