It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Hare (Asheville, North Carolina), born in Tryon, North Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kim Lanning Hare; and his daughter Amy Michelle Hare. He is survived by: his parents, James Edward Hare and Martha Dell Watkins Hare; his daughter Julie Litchford (Fred); his siblings, Doug Hare (Cecily Hall), Evan Hare (Lois), Joy Resendez and Judy Thomas (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Brianna, Tyler, Ryan and Amy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
