It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mike Fryar (Asheville, North Carolina), born in Oak Ridge, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Volney V. Fryar and Mayme Vernon Lawson Fryar; and his brother Arthur Jenkins "Art" Fryar. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Brookshire Fryar; his daughters, Melissa Fryar and Christy Fryar Ingle; his son-in-law James Brian Ingle; his grandson Ian Fryar; and his mother-in-law Wanda Brookshire.
