She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anderson Hartley IV and Elva Mae Case Hartley; her husband Charles "Charlie" Rowan Williams; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Joan "JoAnn" Hartley Huggins, John Anderson Hartley V and William "Bill" Ray Hartley.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Williams Jacobs (Steve) of Marietta, GA and Jason Lewis Williams of Asheville; her grandchildren, Kristen Alaina Stoner (Adam) and Evan Phillip Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Korben Stoner and Vash Stoner; and her cousins, Barbara Kanipe and Brenda Pace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy's memory to: Grace Baptist Church, The Writer's Workshop, Asheville Humane Society, or The Montford Park Players.
