She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Jarrett Payne and James Bascombe Payne; her husband Rev. Clarence Payne; and her siblings, James Jr. Payne and Ruby Marie Plantinga.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Payne, Pat Worley and Denise Walsh. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
