It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas James Peterson of Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Peterson and Dena C. Castanes Peterson; his spouse Dabney Sue Peterson of Asheville, NC; his brother Chris J. Peterson; his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Pauley Thrash; his niece Lola; his nephew Rick Thrash; and his cousins, Nick Tsiros, Ann Tsiros and Effie Stamatiades.
