She is survived by: her fiancé Bill Wells; her siblings, Marvin Warren (Linda) and Ladatha Penley (Bill); her daughters, Tammy Tapia, Ruby Wyatt and Margaret Ernst; and her grandchildren, Julianna Freck, Kaitlyen McCall, James Burgess, Layla Lee, Toni Bojorquez, Aviane Penland, Destiny Penley and Faith Penland.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home (856 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
