He was predeceased by: his father Norman Edward Simmons, Sr.; and his brother Wayne Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Baines Simmons of Delco, NC; his wife Shelia Ann Woods Simmons; his children, Andrew Collin Simmons (Mandie), Kimberly Ann Williams (Jeremy) and Tyler Simmons; his grandchildren, Timothy, Shelby and River; his great grandchild Stella; and his brother Don Simmons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
