Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Pamela Cecile Mitchell of Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 66, on August 1, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donella McClendon and Cecil David Mitchell; and her brother David Mitchell. She is survived by: her sisters, Laura Harbison and Donna Morrow (Tom); her siblings' children, Jessica Long (Thomas), Alex Cochran (Tanner), Mitchell Harbison (Kaley), Cecil "Buddy" Owens (Sara), Annie Morrow and Preston Morrow; and her pet Hootie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In keeping with her generous spirit, Pamee wished for donations to be made to the American Lung Association in her memory.
