She was predeceased by: her parents, Peggy Ann Williams and Thomas Foster Sr.; and her husband Freddie M. Waters Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Freddie Jr. (Brenda) and Angela Waters; her grandchildren, Freddie III (Brittney), Garah and Lisa; her great grandchildren, Malachi, Urijah, Gianna, Elijah, Harper and Sienna; and her siblings, Patritia Truitt, Brenda McCoy and Anthony Barksdale. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
