He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Bernier and George Bernier of Epping; his son Michael; and his siblings, Jackie Proulx, Juliette Shea, George, Donald and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife June Evelyn Bernier (Rock); his children, Rick Bernier (Barclay Garnett), Charlene Stafford (Fred), Steven Bernier (Denise), Gary Bernier (Rae-Ann) and Leon Bernier; his siblings, Adele, Lionel and Claude; his friends, Lillian Sawyers and Amanda Jackman; his grandchildren, Kendra Whelan (Mike), Matthew Stafford (Fiona), Megan Grenier, Nicole Yergeau (Jay), Randy Bernier and Joshua Bernier; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Mikey, Koet, Elvira, Cameron, Natalie, Chloe, Lilly, Mason, Macayla and Zander. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
