He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Justice and Maude West Justice; and his stepmother Mary Belle Justice. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Gentry Justice; his sister Shelby Jean Anders; his siblings-in-law, Charles Gentry, Roger Gentry and Virginia Justice; and his cousin Bruce Fisher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
