He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rice and Bea Rice; his brother Billy Rice; and his niece Lacy Fite. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Kerry Rice and Kristen Gragg (Rusty); his grandsons, Jaden Gragg and Jaylen Peek; and his sisters, Pat Garrison and Wanda Fite (George) of Fairview. He is also survived by nephew, and several nieces.
