We are sad to announce that, on September 8, 2024, at the age of 82, Richard Vernon Wilson (Asheville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Wilson and Vernon Wilson. He is survived by: his brothers, Larry and Steve; his brother-in-law Paul Briggs; his significant other Lee Ann Rhodes Wilson; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Wilson; his children, Melinda Noah (Albert), Darinda Noah (Ike), Daniel Wilson (Connie) and Marella Ogden (Chris); his grandchildren, Aaron, Andrew Dillingham, Meagan Bartlett (Matt), Danielle Wilson, Logan and Aubry Noah; his great grandchild Hattie Ruth Bartlett; and his sister Andrea.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Four Seasons Hospice, or your favorite charity.
