He is survived by: his children, Sterling (Catherine) of Candler, NC, Melody Lawrence (Henderson Gilleland) of Cullowhee, NC, Loyal (Carol) of Mars Hill, NC, Joy Clark (Michael) of Selah, WA and Noel (Tracey) of Greeley, CO.; his grandchildren, Brandon Lawrence, Chrystal Lawrence-Bondhus, Chesney Gilleland, Caroline Lawrence, Taylor Gilleland, Christopher Lawrence, Jesse, Mason Clark, Jonathan Lawrence, Jennifer Little, Eli, Jack and Blaise Lawrence; and his great grandchildren, Harlow, Turner Bondhus, Ethan, Juliana Farmer and Evangeline Silva.
