He was predeceased by: his wife Johnnie Mae Blair; and his brothers, Alfred Blair (Edith) and Wendell Blair (Patricia). He is survived by: his mother Ida Lou Blair; his children, Sandy Carr, Crystal Blair, Rhonda Blair, Sharon Blair, LaFondra Whiteside, Tecina Blair, Shanice Blair, Floyd Blair, Timothy Blair and Cameron Blair; and his siblings, Gladys Blair, Thomas Blair (Patricia) and Lonnie Blair (Denise). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
