He was predeceased by: his father Cartha Fowler; his grandson Joshua Woodruff; and his siblings, Haskell Lee, Carlos Lee and Vestula Reeder.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fowler; his children, Dan Fowler (Katie Moore), Ken Fowler, Jill Santoro of Burnsville, Tracy Woodruff (Don) of Boone and Deb Dane (Mike) of Dahlonega, GA; and his grandchildren, Robbie, Heather, Julie, Ben and Jonathan. He is also survived by numerous greatgrandchildren and great greatgrandchildren.
