She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Garfield Ball and Alma Irene Westmoreland Ball; her former husband George Cecil Masters; her husband Gordon Israel; and her daughter Joyce Irene Masters Duckett.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil Ray Masters (Barbara) of Asheville and Pauline Masters Rhodarmer of Asheville; and her siblings, Lillian Parris of Asheville and Rev. Enoch Ball, Jr. of Emma. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
