With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Trent Smith (Asheville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 20, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janice Melton Smith and G. D. Smith, Jr.; his wife Tonya McLaughlin Smith; his son Noland Smith; his stepdaughter Kristie McLaughlin; his grandchildren, Trent and Nina; and his brothers, Rocky Smith (Dee), Rod Smith (Angie) and Tony Smith.
