She is survived by: her cousins, Maria Hopkins, Thomas Crutcher, Joseph Crutcher and Rachel Dolan.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to Kenilworth Presbyterian Church and designated for their capital fund, or to the Black Mountain Home for Children.
