He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Weaver Fox and June Elizabeth Penley Fox. He is survived by: his brother Michael Weaver Fox; his wife Donna Lynn Massey Fox; his children, Stephanie Jernigan (Robert) of Asheville and Nicholaus Fox of Asheville; his granddaughters, Savannah Sharp of Asheville and Riley Fullerton (Taylor) of Little Rock, AR; and his siblings, Beverly Hughes (Phillip) of Asheville, Christon Fox of Asheville and Kerry Fox of Asheville.
