He is survived by: his mother Debbie Cottle; his stepfather Steve Cottle; his father Marty Payne; his stepmother Lisa Payne; his sisters, Sarah Ejefor (Joe) and Erin Boyd (Matt); his grandmothers, Ann Mull and Kaye Hedrick (Bob); his aunts, Donna Ducker and Buffy Fowler; his uncle Charley Fowler (Monica); and his cousins, Britney Ross (Tyler), Jameson, Brennon Ross, Anna Fowler (Dale Singleton), William Singleton and Elisabeth Fowler.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mills River United Methodist Church (137 Old Turnpike Rd, Mills River, NC 28759).
