It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Suzanne Pollitt Smith (Asheville, North Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pollitt and Agnes Minor Pollitt. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Smith; her daughters, Teresa Smith and Donna Stewart (Allen); her granddaughters, Hailey Stewart and Madison Stewart; and her sister Barbara Jean Searle.

Due to the pandemic the funeral service for Mrs. Smith will be private at 2:00 p. m. Saturday at the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home.
