He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Heidi (Gary) and Holli; his grandchildren, Kylie, Seth, Andrew, Garrett, Brandon and Brooke; his great grandchild Paisley Faith Ball; and his siblings-in-law, Sonya Bentley, Neil Carter (Lora) and Stan Carter (Rebecca). He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
