He is survived by: his children, Hali Schaefer (Justin) of Clayton, NC and Chris Ledford (Serein) of Orange County, CA; his sister Lisa Wood of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Jack, Lilian and Hattie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
