He is survived by: his wife Marlene Evans Cole; his children, Kirsten Fuchs (Michael) of Fletcher, Ingrid Cole of Arden and Thomas J. Cole, Jr. (Heidi) of Mills River; and his grandchildren, Brandt, Kaitlyn, Haley, JoAnna, Brielle, Zoey and Josh.
