He is survived by: his wife Lora Reeves Thrash; his sons, J. Douglas Thrash (Patricia S. Thrash) and T. Dale Thrash (Allison J. Thrash); his grandchildren, Natalie T. Lowery (John J. Lowery), L. Mark Messer (Reecia E. Messer), David L. Thrash (Alisha F. Thrash), Stuart D. Thrash (Lauren N. Thrash) and Mary Katelyn Thrash; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Hannah Lowery, Abby Messer, Mason, Parker, Kiddlee and McCrae Thrash.
