He is survived by: his wife Joan Abbott; his children, Michelle Crook of Clearwater, FL, Carol Donahue (Michael) of Candler and Thomas M. Crook II (Carol Duermit) of Candler; and his grandchildren, Sharon of Candler, Kevin Donahue of Candler and Camden Crook of Candler.
