He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Harold and Alyne Marie Lanning Bailey. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Rev. H. L. Wilson; his sister Barbara Bailey Wilson of Asheville; and his nieces, Cindy Wilson Sills (Ernie) of Hickory and Nancy Alyne Wilson of Asheville.
