Virginia King Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 9, 2022, at the age of 92, Virginia King (Asheville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ott Tilson and Ellen Rowe Tilson; her husband Bobby Joe King; her children, Becky King and Johnny Angel; and her sister Marie Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ingle (Malcolm) of Asheville, Barbara Maney (Jack) of Asheville, Theresa Vess (Joel) of Fairview, Charles King of Asheville and Bobby D. King (Stephanie) of Greensboro. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
