We are sad to announce that, on October 10, 2022, at the age of 77, Walter David Tipton of Asheville, North Carolina, born in Black Mountain, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Tipton; his children, Jeff Tipton, Julie Tipton (Alan Culbertson), Mike (Lisa Tipton) and Rachael Tipton (Jac Cichetti, Jr.); and his granddaughter Chloe Tipton. He is also survived by cousins, stepchildren, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or arrangements, we request that you go spend time with a friend or family member that hasn't seen you in a while, love on your pet for way too long, or a spend a sunny afternoon outside remembering a good time you spent in David's company.
