It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayman Shepard Jr. formerly of Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayman Shepard and Rosetta Capps Shepard of Asheville, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Edna Gherardini Shepard; his children, Michael Louis Shepard (Nancy) of Simpsonville, SC, Rhonda Joy Keeley (Michael) of Shelby, NC and Jennifer Ann Nisco (Greg) of Durango, CO; and his grandchildren, Anna Blake Keeley, Ellen Joyce Keeley, Margaret Anne Shepard, Eleanor Jean Shepard and Benjamin Louis Shepard.
